Technical Project Manager - Commercial Security Solutions
Cook Solutions Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager – Commercial Security Solutions to join their growing team. In this role, you'll lead customer-facing, technology-driven projects across multiple locations, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Serve as the central point of truth for all integration projects, maintaining accurate tracking and documentation of current and upcoming work
Collaborate with engineering and integrations teams to manage project backlogs and ensure prioritization accuracy
Perform regular project margin reviews and re-estimations for change orders and re-mobilization efforts
Act as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and local centers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, including budgets, purchase orders, and invoice tracking
Support the customer escalation process and proactively identify and mitigate project risks
Contribute to project planning documentation including installation plans, system drawings, and closeout packages
Apply modern project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) to drive efficiency and quality
Travel up to 25%-30% may be required
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in technology-focused project management or related security/technology environments
2+ years of experience managing multiple complex programs or projects
Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and active listening
Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
Ability to read and interpret technical systems documentation
Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
Combination of education and equivalent project management experience may be considered
Preferred
Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is a plus
