Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client care
Greet and support clients through scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and educating clients on the various services that we provide
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
Manage multiple phone lines and internet platforms to provide excellent client communication
Manage customer accounts, including account setup and maintenance
Utilize a veterinary software program to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for improving their experience

Ability To Commute: Waterville, NY 13480 (Required)

Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
Preferred
Previous experience in a customer support or similar role is preferred
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
