Talent Development Partner
Oliver James Associates is a global recruitment partner with specialist teams across 12 offices worldwide. The Talent Development Partner will be responsible for the analysis and delivery of learning and development initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders to facilitate the growth and development of employees.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for the learning and development experience of Oliver James employees in order to aid individual’s progression
121 mentoring and coaching delivered to employees in order to ensure continued advancement and maximum profitability
Responsibility for analysis, preparation and delivery of Oliver James core education programs
Proactively identifying and advising senior stakeholders on opportunities to maximize revenue and increase profitability across sales operations
Design and delivery of complex roleplay scenarios to ensure Oliver James Associates best practice is adhered to
Organization and management of dedicated sales days/half days
Facilitation of round tables and interactive workshops with consultants and managers at a range of experience levels
Accurate logging of employee development, providing regular advice and substantial feedback to support talent pipelining and promotion decisions
Constant interaction with the rest of the senior team, providing critical advice on office environment, sales performance, and new opportunities for growth
Monitoring of employee engagement levels and development pathways to ensure maximum retention of staff
Qualification
Required
Recruitment experience with expert level knowledge of recruitment practices and associated skills
A track record of high achievement in previous roles
Engaging, positive and enthusiastic approach to work
Efficient organizational, planning and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, able to build rapport & long-term business relationships
Experience of influencing and communicating with senior stakeholders
Exceptional interpersonal skills, displaying a high level of diplomacy and professionalism
The ability to be a team player and capable of operating autonomously
A confident and proactive approach
An innate desire to be successful and commit to the role requirements
Preferred
Team leadership or mentoring experience gained within a recruitment environment desirable
