Conduct legal research and analysis related to corporate, transactional, and business matters
Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and related legal documents
Assist in advising clients on business, corporate, and tax-related issues
Support negotiations and deal execution as needed
Communicate directly with clients in a professional and responsive manner
Qualification
Required
Active license to practice in their state of residence or Florida
Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
Excellent communication, organization, and client-management abilities
Ability to work independently and manage matters in a hybrid work environment
Preferred
Familiarity with business and tax law
Litigation experience is not required, but is a plus
