Aditi Consulting is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Manager who will develop organizational change management and communications strategies to achieve the company’s business objectives. The OE Manager will lead projects and provide consulting advice to product teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain and execute communication and enablement plans

Meet with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to align goals and execute deliverables

Draft, review, and send content related to change plan

Analyze feedback and make recommendations for agile updates to the change strategy

Identify potential disruptions, assess impacts, and develop mitigation tactics

Qualification

Required

Relevant change management experience and not just PM skills

Experience working with a three part relationship (being the middle man between two communication channels)

Demonstrated Change Management Skills, including developing actionable and targeted communication and enablement plans

Skilled problem solver who seeks to understand and then offers directions and solutions to problems

Ability to navigate rapidly changing priorities

Excellent with the Microsoft Office toolset, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Preferred

Knowledge of Jira would be an added advantage
