Transaction Analyst Senior
ENGIE North America Inc. is leading the Zero-Carbon Transition by developing renewable and efficient energy solutions. The Transaction Analyst, Senior will investigate and resolve transaction failures, support project testing, and provide expert-level support for EDI transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve transaction failures and exception-related data by documenting, gathering, organizing, and analyzing information using tools such as CRM systems, Excel, Power BI Reports, SQL, MarketTrak, and SharePoint
Participate in all capital and operational project testing, including creating UAT scripts and test cases
Facilitate discussions, presenting insights, and serving as a key liaison in internal and external meetings
Lead training initiatives for both direct team members and cross-functional partners, ensuring clarity and alignment on operational workflows
Provide expert-level support and oversight for EDI transaction replays, ensuring accurate processing of enrollments, drops, and changes
Work as a liaison with internal groups and external vendors to resolve daily, weekly, monthly quarterly transaction issues and workflows
Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all Transaction Management tasks and usage related issues to support sales, revenue, billing, settlements and forecast
Qualification
Required
A minimum education level of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required
You must have a minimum of five (5) years of energy related experience, resolving EDI transaction exceptions related to enrollments, drops and changes in ERCOT, PJM, NYISO, MISO, and/or ISO-NE utilities
You have knowledge of SQL and/or Power BI Reporting or similar tools
You have demonstrated the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
You are self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and a drive to deliver high-quality results
You are able to handle multiple assignments with a high degree of urgency and accuracy
Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license/clean driving record
Must be able to work as late as 6pm at least once per week (can be on remote days)
Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
