They are seeking a highly organized Fractional Project Management and Operations Integration Lead to build structure and manage projects across the organization, working closely with the CEO to ensure strategic priorities are met.

Responsibilities

Convert CEO vision into structured project plans

Create and manage Project Canvases for all major initiatives

Build and maintain ClickUp (or similar) as our primary execution engine

Oversee progress on a variety of projects including:

Conference and webinar expansion

Expanded marketing campaigns

Content modernization

Exploring AI initiatives

Website refresh and migration

Build SOPs or Playbooks for key company functions, i.e., webinars, content workflows, marketing, and customer support

Implement efficient workflows across a small remote team

Identify process gaps and proactively improve systems

Deliver Weekly CEO Updates summarizing progress, blockers, and priorities

Facilitate cross-team communication

Ensure tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities stay aligned

Work with developers, partners, marketing agencies, content contributors, and SMEs

Track deliverables, timelines, and expectations

Ensure alignment between internal priorities and external work

Keep team members organized, informed, and focused

Manage deadlines for part-time employees and contractors

Support the CEO in prioritization and resource allocation
