Sales Business Development
Optimus Group is a rapidly growing construction firm with a focus on building long-term relationships in commercial, healthcare, retail, and hospitality sectors. They are seeking a Business Development / Sales professional to develop and manage new client relationships, identify qualified opportunities, and convert leads into awarded work.

Responsibilities
Developing and managing new client relationships (owners, property managers, architects, designers, brokers)
Identifying qualified opportunities that actually fit our capabilities
Positioning Optimus Group early, before bids hit the street
Working closely with leadership and operations to convert leads into awarded work
Tracking opportunities and follow-ups in our CRM (we take process seriously)
Qualification
Required
BD or sales experience in construction (GC, CM, subcontractor, A/E world)
Understanding of how projects really get awarded, not just how to pitch
Confidence in rooms with decision-makers
Organized, self-motivated, and don't need hand-holding
Care about long-term relationships, not just quick wins
