Responsibilities
Calling, emailing, texting, or sending video messages to alumni, parents, and friends and forming relationships to secure funding for the University of South Florida
Maintaining the service flow in the set-up, execution, and breakdown of events and meetings held in the USF Gibbons Alumni Center
The acceptance and delivery of mail to the Alumni Center mailrooms
Performing general cleaning and building maintenance tasks
Special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be a currently enrolled USF student
Work well in a fast-paced environment
Possess strong oral communication skills
Work well independently or with a team
Able to lift at least 50 pounds and move and manipulate items up to 100 pounds
Read and follow written instructions
