Responsibilities
Configure & Deploy Microsoft Project PPM
Stand up Microsoft Project Online, Project Server, or Project for the Web
Build portfolio structures, standardized project templates, governance models, and lifecycle workflows
Configure PWA (custom fields, views, permissions, workflows)
Enable Scalable PMO Workflows
Design intake, approval, and execution workflows tied to project quotes/estimates
Define role-based access, handoff processes, and post–go-live operating procedures
Establish enterprise resource pools, capacity planning, and portfolio visibility
Integrate with ERP & Automate
Define and document integrations between Microsoft Project PPM and ERP (e.g., NetSuite)
Partner with automation engineers to build integrations using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps/Functions, APIs, or middleware
Ensure data alignment across systems (projects, resources, financials)
Enable portfolio, resource, and performance reporting with Power BI
Provide leadership dashboards on portfolio health and resource utilization
Qualification
Required
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Project Online, Project Server, or Project for the Web
Strong PPM/PMO tooling background: templates, governance, workflows, permissions, PWA configuration
Experience integrating Microsoft platforms with ERP or enterprise systems (NetSuite preferred)
Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI; Azure Logic Apps/Functions a plus)
Comfort collaborating with automation/integration teams; solid API/middleware understanding
Excellent documentation, stakeholder communication, and change enablement skills
Preferred
Experience establishing enterprise resource pools and capacity planning
Prior success enabling PMs to manage projects post–go-live (training, SOPs, role-based access)
Background in portfolio governance, data quality, and “single source of truth” design
