Responsibilities
Need an experienced Data Engineer / Developer with strong expertise in Snowflake and Matillion ETL to design, migrate, and engineer enterprise data platforms that support the operational and analytics needs of a professional firm
Hands-on familiarity with using third-party APIs as data sources and destinations for ETL workflows is required
This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and cost-efficient Snowflake environments; developing robust ELT pipelines using Matillion; and leading or supporting the migration of complex data and applications from legacy and cloud sources
The Data Engineer will collaborate closely with consultants, analysts, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable, production-ready data solutions, while ensuring data quality, governance, and performance across multiple client engagements in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Ability to mentor and train existing developers on ETL processes and tools (Matillion and Snowflake)
Project is the ongoing modernization of data warehouses. Move of all enterprise application data to Snowflake, using Matillion (ETL)
Snowflake is already rolled out and key enterprise apps are migrated
Leveraging Sigma and Snowflake for LLM/AI integration
Qualification
Required
Experienced Data Engineer / Developer with strong expertise in Snowflake and Matillion ETL
