Responsibilities

Oversee successful implementation of PeopleGrove products and solutions across customer portfolio
Drive operational excellence and predictability in project management
Master PeopleGrove’s product features and capabilities and contribute to implementation and configuration projects as needed
Ensure proper resource planning and capacity management
Enhance PeopleGrove's project delivery methodology and drive adherence and adoption with internal and external stakeholders
Take command and control of escalated projects internally and externally
Identify project risks early and devise response strategies
Participate in sales process for proper scoping and resourcing
Partner cross-functionally to set appropriate stakeholder expectations
Coach, mentor and enable PeopleGrove consultant to advise clients on project scope, timelines, deliverables while enabling customers long-term success beyond initial engagement
Build strong cross-functional and customer relationships
Generate key customer references through high-quality delivery
Support Scope of Work creation and Change Order approvals
Navigate business challenges with ownership mindset to achieve organizational goals
Partner with Customer Success to promote new features, gather customer feedback, and share success stories to improve customer satisfaction scores
Collaborate with Customer Success and Learning teams to design user adoption campaigns, renewal strategies, and integrated engagement campaigns
Support team growth and development by mentoring and collaborating with cross-functional team members, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and performance excellence
Provide guidance and leadership in developing junior team members, enabling them to take on greater responsibilities and achieve career growth

Required

7 to 10 years leading consulting services delivery teams in a SaaS environment
Proven experience with forecasting, resource allocation, and capacity planning
Strong analytical thinking and systems perspective
Ability to translate details into big-picture strategic view
Experience adapting to rapidly changing products and customer needs
Track record building high-performing teams and managing underperformers
Experience with risk mitigation and escalation management
Strong leadership presence in presentations and communications

Preferred

Master's degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience
Experience in higher education technology
