Responsibilities
Build and support Amazon Connect contact center solutions on AWS
Develop Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for automated provisioning
Build integrations/apps in Python (preferred) or Java
Manage Amazon Connect and related services: IAM, Lex, Lambda, KMS, S3, Kinesis
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Jules) and manage repositories with Git/Bitbucket
Prototype POCs and scale to production
Design and support RESTful APIs for integrations and automation
Support containerized deployments and orchestration in AWS
Ensure best practices for security, compliance, call recording, and telephony regulatory requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve automation and infrastructure
Stay current with AWS certifications and emerging cloud technology
Qualification
Required
5+ years in IT/Cloud Engineering; 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS
Amazon Connect production experience
Strong knowledge of AWS architecture and services
Proficiency in Terraform/IaC
Development experience in Python or Java
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and version control
Experience with REST APIs and cloud integration
Ability to work onsite full-time in Plano, TX
Preferred
Experience with containers: Docker, ECS, EKS
Experience in contact center and telephony operations
AWS certifications (Associate/Professional)
