Responsibilities

Support revenue accounting activities across high-volume transaction streams
Assist with month-end close with focus on revenue, deferred revenue, and related reconciliations
Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules tied to revenue and cash activity
Reconcile large balance sheet accounts involving high transaction counts
Analyze revenue data to identify variances, timing issues, and discrepancies
Partner with senior accountants and cross-functional teams to resolve revenue-related issues
Work heavily in Excel to manipulate, reconcile, and validate large datasets
Use SQL to pull and validate revenue data from source systems when needed
Support financial reporting with detailed schedules and documentation
Assist with audit requests related to revenue and transaction data
Participate in process improvement initiatives related to data flow and reconciliation efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
Experience with accounting software or ERP systems; advanced Excel skills preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
