Litigation Paralegal

LHH is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support complex long-term care liability matters. The role involves working closely with attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle, from early discovery to trial preparation, in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and organize litigation documents (pleadings, discovery requests/responses)
Compile/manage discovery and maintain well-structured case files
Docket deadlines and track case activity
Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and vendors to gather records and evidence
E‑file in Tennessee courts

Required

2–3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (long‑term care defense ideal; plaintiff-side experience considered)
Excellent organization and time management; self-starter in a remote setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, OneDrive, and SharePoint; eDiscovery experience is a plus

Preferred

Paralegal certificate preferred (not required)
