Responsibilities
Provide technical support for web-based applications, websites, and internal software systems
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and user access
Monitor web applications and services to ensure uptime, reliability, and security
Collaborate with software developers, QA, and IT teams to identify and fix bugs or system issues
Assist with software deployments, updates, and patches in staging and production environments
Respond to support tickets and service requests within defined SLAs
Perform root cause analysis and document technical solutions and procedures
Support integrations with third-party tools, APIs, and databases
Maintain system documentation, user guides, and support knowledge bases
Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and security standards
Develop quality software and web applications
Analyze and maintain existing software applications
Design highly scalable, testable code
Discover and fix programming bugs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
Previous Construction Industry Experience
Development experience with programming languages
SQL database or relational database skills
