Responsibilities

Drive the validation and scaling of Copado’s ServiceNow testing platform, focused on securing customers and achieving first-year revenue targets

Define a durable scaling plan based on validated ICP and repeatable use cases

Build a skilled, ServiceNow-native engineering bench

Recruit and onboard a high-caliber engineering team of 10-12 contributors with proven ServiceNow expertise

Operationalize relationships with 5+ ServiceNow lighthouse customers (Design Partners) to co-build the product, validate core use cases, inform roadmap prioritization, and shape repeatable product patterns

Implement disciplined engineering standards, automated testing coverage, and resilient ServiceNow-native DevOps patterns

Operationalize coding standards and best practices that improve successful first-time deployments

Deliver quarterly roadmap commitments with >90% predictability across scope, quality, and release timelines through strong rituals, metrics, and cross-functional coordination

Accountable for test runtime stability and accuracy and reducing service-related escalations

Introduce sandbox automation, scripted REST API utilities, and developer tooling that boosts engineering productivity and reduces onboarding time

ServiceNow Engineering Mastery: Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting patterns (e.g., Glide API), integration models, and deployment/testing frameworks (e.g., ATF, Flow Designer)
