Lead strategic planning and execution for the practice group
Support talent development, staffing, and performance initiatives
Collaborate on training programs, mentoring, and CLE opportunities
Partner with marketing and business development teams on client pitches and rankings
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years in legal practice management or 8+ years in law practice
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
JD and finance practice experience preferred
Experience in talent management and professional development programs is a plus
