4+ years expAPPSIXER is seeking two Senior-level IT Applications Programmers with a strong background in large-scale IT projects. The developers will work collaboratively to analyze requirements, write and modify code, perform testing, and create documentation for various technologies supporting UI, backend, API, and database in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Analyzing requirements for software programs
Writing or modifying code for complex programs, components, or applications
Writing/performing development testing (i.e. unit testing, test-driven development - TDD)
Creating and maintaining documentation
Researching complex technical problems and recommending solutions
Qualification
Required
SQL AE experience
Comfortable working with SQL Server Always Encrypted (AE)
C# and VB
Schema analysis and remediation for encryption compatibility
Application Security Expertise
Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices
Experience with threat modeling and vulnerability remediation
Encryption Implementation
Hands-on experience with data-at-rest and data-in-transit encryption
Familiarity with key management and integration with enterprise security tools
Data-Driven Inquiry
Demonstrates ability to analyze data and formulate meaningful questions
Brings insights and hypotheses back to the team to guide investigation and decision-making
Leads with curiosity to uncover root causes and improvement opportunities
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with limited documentation
Works effectively with cross-functional teams (security, architecture, infrastructure)
Can explain technical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
Thrives on figuring things out without a full map
Resilience in ambiguity
Comfortable making progress with partial information
Identifies and executes remediation steps without waiting for perfect clarity
Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum four years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications
In lieu of the above, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of four years related work experience
In lieu of the above, a minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications
