Required
A licensed advisor (Series 6 or 7, 65 or 66 and Life & Health required or willing to get)
3+ years of client-facing experience
Confidence working with athletes, entrepreneurs, and high-income professionals
Preferred
More autonomy and flexibility than a wirehouse or insurance BD
Higher revenue share with strong origination upside
Real lead flow through our sports partnerships, media platforms, and more
The ability to build a personal brand, not just a book of business
