Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and process construction contracts, amendments, and change orders
Ensure all contract documents comply with company standards and regulatory requirements
Maintain organized and up-to-date contract files, including electronic and hard copies
Track contract milestones, deliverables, and expiration dates
Verify contractor licensing, insurance, and bonding requirements
Assist in monitoring adherence to contractual obligations and project specifications
Serve as a liaison between project managers, contractors, and procurement teams
Respond to inquiries regarding contract terms, conditions, and status updates
Generate reports on contract performance, costs, and compliance metrics
Support audits and provide documentation as needed
