Responsibilities

Lead and manage all IT operations across clinic locations—networking, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and end-user support

Provide hands-on technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Hypervisor, Fortinet products, and database management

Recruit, mentor, and develop IT staff to create a responsive, service-driven team

Collaborate with clinic leadership to align IT strategy with organizational goals

Ensure secure and reliable system performance, enforce cybersecurity best practices, and resolve escalated issues

Provide after-hours support for critical issues when necessary
