Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models and applications
Contribute to solution architecture by evaluating frameworks, tools, and cloud-native services
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered solutions
Optimize and fine-tune LLMs (Large Language Models) for performance, scalability, and security
Integrate AI models into enterprise ecosystems (APIs, pipelines, cloud infrastructure)
Ensure compliance, security, and governance in AI implementations
Qualification
Required
12+ years in Software Engineering / AI / ML, with 3+ years in Generative AI
Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Vector Databases
Knowledge of data engineering pipelines for AI training
Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar frameworks
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and their AI/ML services
Exposure to system design & architecture in AI/ML solutions
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and MLOps
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in AI security, governance, and compliance frameworks
Prior experience mentoring teams and reviewing architecture
