Responsibilities
Foster a warm, engaging, and resident-centered household culture
Ensure daily routines and services enhance residents’ dignity, comfort, and independence
Coordinate and support meaningful activities based on resident preferences and abilities
Collaborate with care teams to integrate activities into daily life
Act as a liaison for residents and families regarding psychosocial needs
Support care planning, resident advocacy, and transitions as needed
Complete assigned portions of the MDS accurately and timely
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure regulatory compliance
Assist with staff scheduling and coverage to ensure consistent household staffing
Support onboarding, mentoring, and daily guidance of household staff
Qualification
Required
Experience in long-term care, senior living, or healthcare leadership
Strong understanding of resident-centered care and household models
Knowledge of MDS processes, activities programming, and social services
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
