Responsibilities

Leads and manages active contracts and vendor relationships to include status review meetings, contract modifications, performance reporting, contract closeouts and supporting documentation
Performs work under the scope of Manager III
Responsible for managing the full life cycle of multiple projects/contracts simultaneously
Responsible for providing ongoing status reports utilizing technology resources
Leads and manages grant proposal development and submission in addition to overseeing grant monitoring, compliance and reporting in conjunction with Manager III and Program Managers
Process payment of invoices, renewals, and encumber funds as needed. Process any amendments for changes in scope or payment rates. Confirm payment of invoices for the Contract Monitoring Unit (CMU) team in Oracle ERP system
Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi and annual reports that provide data relevant to Prevention and Harm Reduction Services regarding budgeting, staffing and other miscellaneous grant related spending. Assists with the timely development and submission of reports through required platforms
Coordinates grant application/proposal completion, submission and implementation of grant with Program Managers
Stays informed about changes in grant regulations and policies that may affect Prevention and Harm Reduction Services funding opportunities
Generate Expenditure reports in ERP/Oracle for County, State, and or federally funded BHCS programs and preparing Grant Renewal
Attend meetings with the Budget/Finance team, BHCS managers, and LBHA team when necessary to discuss budget impacts
Review and update quarterly State reports to be congruent with Conditions of Award documents(s)
Provide administrative support to CMU as needed
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required

Thorough three (3) years professional experience in Finance, Grant and Contract
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
If required by the position of assignment, possession and maintenance at all times of a valid Class “C” (or equivalent) driver's license from the applicant's state of residence

Preferred

Experience in contract and grant administration that includes grant seeking, grant and contract management
Experience coordinating grant application/proposal completion, submission, and implementation of grant
Experience leading and managing active contracts and vendor relationships
Experience in managing the full life cycle of multiple projects/contracts simultaneously
Experience in managing grant proposal development and submission in addition to overseeing grant monitoring, compliance and reporting
Preparing monthly, quarterly, semi and annual reports that provide data relevant to budgeting, staffing and other miscellaneous grant related spending
