Responsibilities
Process all customer and vendor cash applications, ensuring payments are posted accurately and timely
Apply cash across both a new ERP system and legacy/manual systems during the transition period
Toggle between multiple systems and screens to research, post, and reconcile cash transactions
Perform daily cash reconciliations, including moving and reallocating cash as needed due to system limitations
Close out all cash and outstanding cash items as part of the month-end close process
Maintain accuracy and efficiency while handling high volumes of transactions that require strong 10-key skills
Qualification
Required
Prior experience with cash applications and cash reconciliations
Strong 10-key skills with a high level of accuracy
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and move efficiently between tasks and systems
Comfortable working in a changing environment, including system implementations or transitions
Detail-oriented with the ability to stay on task in a high-volume accounting setting
