This senior, hands-on leadership role involves managing ecommerce operations, driving growth across multiple platforms, and optimizing fulfillment workflows.

Responsibilities

Own ecommerce operations across Shopify and TikTok Shop

Lead B2B wholesale ecommerce infrastructure, including a custom wholesale ordering portal

Manage large-scale product catalogs (6,000+ SKUs) with strong data hygiene and inventory accuracy

Drive TikTok Shop GMV growth, platform compliance, and catalog optimization

Execute DTC growth and performance marketing initiatives

Manage and oversee outsourced teams and agencies for SEO, graphic design, and website development

Set priorities, timelines, and KPIs

Track performance and ensure deliverables meet business goals

Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, marketing, and leadership teams

Optimize fulfillment workflows, shipping costs, and operational efficiency

Improve order accuracy, internal workflows, and overall customer experience

Support data-driven decision-making across platforms, operations, and growth initiatives
