Responsibilities
Support and enhance the reliability, availability, and functionality of applications systems for the District
Implement a new, fully integrated GIS/Asset Management system
Expand preventative maintenance programs for server and application patching
Select a new ERP system and replace outdated, legacy applications
Research, implement, maintain, and enhance commercial vendor applications
Qualification
Required
Experience in supporting and enhancing the reliability, availability, and functionality of applications systems
Knowledge of software development lifecycle
Experience in continuous improvement and change management
Ability to recommend creative solutions that add value, create efficiencies, and improve security
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Commitment to diversity and teamwork
Inquisitive and active listener with the initiative to implement agile solutions
