Responsibilities

Establish and maintain the networking environment by designing system configurations, directing installations, and enforcing system standards
Document all network configurations, workflows, and procedures to maintain a complete knowledge base
Support the design and rollout of new network solutions while improving the resilience of existing infrastructure
Configure and install network devices, servers, and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, quality of service)
Configure specialized Prada hardware and locally hosted server environments
Maximize network performance by monitoring health, analyzing logs, and troubleshooting network problems or outages
Collaborate with network architects to enhance performance, scalability, and network optimization
Schedule and execute upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance
Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across corporate and retail locations
Provide remote support to on-site engineers, retail staff, and end users during installation, maintenance, or equipment disposal
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams (Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Security Operations) and third-party vendors
Support network-related projects across all IT domains, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with business timelines
Secure network environments by implementing and enforcing security policies, standards, and access controls
Monitor and manage system access, firewall rules, and network security posture
Conduct capacity management, IP addressing audits, and asset documentation for all data center and hosted devices
Oversee daily IT operations to ensure systems, servers, and networks run smoothly across offices and retail points
Monitor, prioritize, and resolve raised IT tickets to ensure adherence to SLA requirements
Report network operational status, provide updates, and manage tasks and projects based on business priorities

Required

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field preferred
3–6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or network engineering
Experience supporting multi-site environments (corporate + retail preferred)
Experience in luxury retail, fashion, or consumer goods is a plus
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or Security+ are highly desirable
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs, quality of service)
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, load balancers, and other network appliances
Experience configuring and supporting Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar enterprise technology
Proficiency in server administration, including Windows Server, Linux, and virtual environments
Familiarity with on-premises hardware racks, cabling, and locally hosted server rooms
Knowledge of IT security principles and infrastructure hardening
Experience with monitoring tools and ITSM/ticketing systems
Ability to update and maintain network diagrams and documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
