Lead and manage all aspects of corporate travel coordination for North America, including complex itineraries and international arrangements

Serve as the primary liaison with travel agencies and vendors to negotiate rates, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service

Develop and implement best practices for travel booking to optimize cost and compliance

Process and track employee expense reports and travel reimbursements using internal systems (e.g., Concur)

Analyze travel data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements

Provide leadership and training to team members or stakeholders involved in travel processes
