Responsibilities
Answer inbound inquiries, via phone (Genesys) and email (Salesforce), from external and internal clients related to Billing
Reviewing, understanding, and conversing with clients regarding their contract terms, invoicing, and accounts receivable balances
Presenting information to clients clearly and concisely as well as documenting this information appropriately in Salesforce and SAP
Collaborate within the Finance Team (Contracts, Accounts Receivable, Billing Ops, and Collections) as well as other internal teams (e.g. Sales, Retention, Business Leadership) as needed to resolve all client inquiries
Qualification
Required
