Account Executive
All-Stat Portable is a provider of mobile X-ray and EKG services, delivering high-quality diagnostics to patients. They are seeking an Account Executive to manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive growth within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize value
Develop consultative relationships with administrators, DONs, and clinical leaders
Ensure successful delivery of services aligned with facility needs
Communicate monthly/quarterly goals, progress, and performance metrics
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Forecast, track, and analyze sales KPIs and client engagement
Prepare and present account status reports to leadership and stakeholders
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and cultivate new business opportunities
Resolve client challenges and manage escalations professionally
Gather, prepare, and organize data and documentation for QA meetings
Represent All-Stat Portable at onsite QA meetings with client facilities
Qualification
Required
Proven success in Account Executive, Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager roles
Strong ability to influence and present to stakeholders at all levels, including executives
CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, NetSuite, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field
Outstanding time management, organization, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience in LTC, SNF, or healthcare environments is a plus
