Responsibilities

Provide legal advice to clients regarding their personal injury claims

Represent clients in court and during negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel

Negotiate settlements and ensure clients receive top compensation for their injuries

Develop case strategies and arguments, and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

Investigate and gather evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare expert testimony

Take and defend depositions, advocate in mediations, motion hearings and trial

Keep clients regularly informed about the progress of their case and provide guidance and assurance throughout the legal process

Ensure strict compliance with legal ethics and professional standards

Collaborate with team members

Attend required daily morning and monthly Firm “All Hands” meetings

Performs other job duties and responsibilities as required
