Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and handling last-minute changes

Process and track expense reports using Concur (preferred) or similar expense management software

Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries

Provide logistical and administrative support for events and meetings

Serve as a key point of contact, communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support business operations

Required

2+ years of Executive Assistant and/or Administrative Support experience

Experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously

Proficiency in Concur or similar expense management tools

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Experience with event coordination
