Responsibilities
Partner closely with the People Operations team to support data-driven people initiatives, operational projects, and reporting that help optimize our employee experience and internal processes
Contribute to recognition initiatives and support the planning and execution of company events, including our annual summer event, ServiceTrade Dayz
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in human resources, business, management, finance, analytics, economics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
An interest in business process improvement and a willingness to learn
Experience or interest in HR systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems, and reporting tools
Comfort working in Excel/Sheets, including formulas and basic data analysis
Familiarity with G-Suite or Microsoft Office products
