They are seeking talented designers at both junior and senior levels to work across luxury hospitality and private residential estates, focusing on innovation and design excellence.

Responsibilities

Support sourcing, FF and E documentation, presentation development, materials research, and coordination across all phases of design
Lead complex FF and E projects
Guide internal teams
Oversee client communication
Direct custom design and procurement
Manage budgets and schedules
Ensure a high level of design integrity from concept through installation
Mentor junior talent

Required

Strong experience leading high end FF and E design projects
Proven leadership abilities
Team management skills
Advanced project management capabilities
California construction administration experience preferred
Comfortable traveling domestically and internationally
Fully proficient in AutoCAD
Fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office
Additional skills in SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or Enscape considered an advantage
Foundational experience in FF and E focused interior design
Exposure to luxury residential or hospitality projects
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Portfolio that demonstrates solid design sensibility and understanding of materials and furnishings
Proficient in AutoCAD
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Additional software familiarity considered a plus
Professionalism
Attention to detail
Ability to contribute effectively within a fast paced, design driven studio
