Key Account Manager - Walmart and Sam's Club
Flora Food Group is a global branded food champion offering nutritious food options across various categories. They are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth and profitability for Walmart, focusing on P&L performance and maximizing sales potential.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between Walmart and Flora, creating win-win solutions for business opportunities
Develop and implement sales plans for branded, private label, and future business
Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally to ensure alignment and execution
Create and maintain accurate forecasts for existing business and new opportunities
Achieve profit, volume, distribution, and other key metrics as assigned
Drive new business development, including channel strategy and execution
Manage and guide support teams to deliver on customer expectations
Ensure customer deadlines are met, and Flora is positioned as a preferred supplier partner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7–10 years of experience with Walmart and/or Sam's Club, including private label expertise (2+ years)
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
Deep understanding of P&L management, financial projections, and key metrics
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
