Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents with precision and clarity

Provide expert legal advice and counsel on commercial and other corporate legal matters

Coordinate and manage legal projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met effectively

Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare high-quality written legal materials

Provide quarterly updates on emerging compliance trends and non-compliance issues to the Audit and Compliance Committee

Handle escalations related to legal and compliance matters with strong negotiation and communication skills

Empower teams by challenging the status quo and driving value through innovative legal solutions

Maintain strong interpersonal relationships and clear communication with internal stakeholders and external legal vendors
