Responsibilities
Analyze and prepare roadway layout plans, Maintenance of traffic plans, Quantities/estimates, calculations and drawings for Highway and/or Expressway/Limited-Access facilities and Arterial/Local roads using DOT and/or local jurisdiction criteria, with guidance provided on assigned tasks as required
Prepare engineering reports and contract documents for review
Develop 3D Models of roadways, using Corridor Modeling in GEOPAK and/or Open Roads
Responsible for managing timely completion of multiple assigned tasks
Communicate effectively with team members, internal design groups, and external entities including clients, subconsultants, and relevant government agencies
Effectively present proposed design solutions as part of internal project meetings; may attend and contribute to presentations with external parties
May assign, track, and review tasks of technicians or designers; technical discretion applied to first revision of technician work product
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) and 3+ years of related work experience
MicroStation and/or ORD experience
Microsoft Office
