Responsibilities

Helping development teams build and refine OpenShift deployment configurations that actually work in production

Using both the CLI and the OpenShift web console to support application management and troubleshooting

Configuring application security including RBAC, secrets management, and TLS certificates

Monitoring application performance and ensuring resources are allocated intentionally

Supporting observability by helping teams leverage Open Telemetry for meaningful metrics and tracing

Managing and supporting logging and metrics platforms including Elastic Stack and Prometheus

Configuring scaling strategies that make sense for the workload and business needs

Partnering with IT to ensure clusters are healthy, right-sized, and prepared for growth

Supporting disaster recovery readiness alongside IT leadership
