Seneca Resources Company, LLC is seeking a dynamic HR Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects within the Human Resources function. This role requires expertise in project management methodologies and the ability to drive initiatives that enhance HR operations, technology, and employee experience.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage HR projects from initiation through successful delivery, including technology, business process, and operational initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels
Facilitate project meetings, fostering collaboration and clear communication among team members
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in project management, ideally within HR or related functions
Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and workflows
Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
Familiarity with project management tools; experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) is a bonus
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credential
Preferred
Experience in HR processes such as preboarding activities (between offer acceptance and Day 1)
