Able to navigate effectively between strategic and tactical orientations
Strong project management skills

Experience with ADP WorkforceNow
Some HR generalist experience
Supervisory experience
HR certifications like CCP, CBP, CEBS
We prefer a candidate living within 60 miles of our U.S. headquarters in Wilmington DE but will consider others on their merits
