Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the ability to complete various tasks and projects in connection with commercial real estate valuation and consulting assignments
Daily responsibilities will include working with experienced appraisers in research, market and valuation analysis, conducting market interviews, confirming relevant comparable data with parties of the transaction, among other tasks
The applicant will learn to navigate, manage, and search extensive databases and will be trained on Integra’s proprietary software to assist our valuation experts with the estimation of cash flow, discounted cash flow models, analyses of comparable sales and cost analyses
Qualification
Required
Have a strong interest in a career in commercial real estate
Motivated self‐starter
Goal oriented
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to balance multiple complex assignments with varying deadlines
Attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
BS or BBA degree required
Preferred
preferably in real estate, accounting, economics, and/or finance
