Responsibilities
Lead commercial AV system design from concept through deployment
Partner with Sales on scopes of work, system diagrams, and equipment lists
Provide engineering leadership post-sale, supporting PMs and field teams
Serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, and collaboration spaces
Review and approve technical documentation and AV-over-IP designs
Mentor junior engineers and help elevate design standards across the team
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial AV design experience
Strong knowledge of IP networking, AV-over-IP, and enterprise AV systems
Hands-on experience with Crestron, QSC, Biamp, and collaboration platforms
Confident communicator with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Preferred
CTS (or higher)
