Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution across M&A and project/platform investments
Lead underwriting, diligence, IC execution, financing, and portfolio oversight
Build discipline, speed, and reliable investment processes
Run buy-side M&A and investments end-to-end
Build and lead underwriting, valuation, and financial modeling standards
Execute construction and long-term financings with Capital Markets
Drive portfolio risk management, reporting, and process improvement
Manage and mentor investment and origination teams
Qualification
Required
8-15+ years in buy-side M&A / principal investing in renewable energy
Closed-deal experience across operating and development-stage renewable energy assets
Strong command of financing structures and capital stacks
High-end financial modeling and commercial judgment
Proven experience leading teams, building and refining investment processes, and owning outcomes
