Responsibilities
Ensures financial commitments and deadlines are met by facilitating and assessing processes, situations, and issues and takes corrective action, as needed
Constructively questions conventional approaches, supports an environment that encourages new ideas, and implements innovative solutions
Establishes mechanisms to convey information to multiple sources internal and external to the organization and IC
Takes initiative to anticipate issues, resolves conflict among multiple priorities, and implements effective solutions to prevent problems that might impact timelines and deliverables
Develops and employs strategies to analyze key issues, drawing conclusions from data and recommending viable solutions to address Agency mission needs
