Sales Director

Lead & Inspire: Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing, in-office sales team of Producers/Licensed Agents focused on both P&C and Group Benefits
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a national sales strategy that aligns with Supersure’s revenue goals and client-first philosophy
Tech-Driven Execution: Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and digital workflows that supercharge prospecting, productivity, and client engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align go-to-market efforts and deliver a seamless, differentiated customer experience
Carrier & Partner Relations: Build and nurture strong carrier and partner relationships to support sustained business expansion and market access
Market Expansion: Travel to key markets and industry events to represent Supersure, open new opportunities, and keep your finger on the pulse of the industry
Culture Builder: Foster a high-energy, accountable, and mission-driven culture where innovation and results are celebrated
Qualification
Required
Licensing : Active Property & Casualty and/or Group Benefits insurance license
Experience : 4+ years of progressive insurance sales leadership, with a proven record of building, scaling, and inspiring high-performing teams
Track Record : Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets in fast-growing, tech-enabled, or high-change environments
Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of SMB insurance markets and the unique needs of small and midsize businesses
Leadership : Exceptional coaching, team building, and communication skills, you know how to drive accountability and foster a winning culture
Tech Fluency : Comfort with digital sales tools, CRM/AMS platforms, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive results
Location : Must be based in Miami, FL area and able to work in-office in downtown Miami (Wells Fargo tower) OR in Dallas, TX area and able to work in-office in the North Dallas area
Preferred
Dual Licensing: Active licenses in both Property & Casualty and Health/Life (Group Benefits)
Platform Experience: Experience with HubSpot, Applied Epic, Employee Navigator and/or similar agency management systems
AI & Automation: Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools, KPI dashboards and other automation platforms that enhance prospecting and productivity
Carrier Relationships: Established network of carrier and partner relationships in the SMB insurance space
Startup/Growth Experience: Background in high-growth, startup, or transformation-stage organizations
Industry Visibility: Experience representing a brand at industry events, conferences, and in the media
