Responsibilities

Lead and manage the design process, in collaboration with owners and external designers, to create hotel designs that align to each Luxury brand's aspiration and design narrative

Oversee project design deliverables from conception to completion, ensuring brand alignment, project delivery, and budget expectations

Provide comprehensive technical design services, including the review of detailed design drawing sets, specifications, finishes, and shop drawings from project concept to execution

Strengthen Hilton's luxury design strategy through creative leadership, delivering alternative design solutions and providing direction to design teams

Partner with Owners, Hilton stakeholders, and consultants to ensure alignment with design narratives, brand standards, brand values, and strategic corporate objectives with each project

Collaborate with Brand Category leaders and Brand Design to ensure consistency in standards and design narratives

Lead design meetings, interior design reviews, model room reviews, and completion photo reviews for all Luxury hotel projects

Required

Five (5) years of Design Experience in the Hospitality, Luxury Fashion or Luxury Retail industry

Experience creating and delivering design narratives through compelling presentations (using PowerPoint, Canva, and video editing software) for both internal and external audiences

Experience with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam Revu

Travel domestically as required (up to 50%)
