Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties in accordance with clinic office procedures, including:
Answering telephones
Billing support
Typing and word processing
Operating office machines
Filing and document organization
Operate front desk duties during peak hours or when primary staff are unavailable
Sort, organize, and maintain office records
Assist with new patient enrollment processes
Provide support with insurance and billing reports as needed
Assist with patient drug testing procedures, when required
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous administrative experience
