Responsibilities
Collaborate with OEMs to gather equipment documentation and set up plant storage for documentation to interface with Maximo and EzMaxMobile
Work with plant maintenance teams to properly configure Maximo for new assets
Partner with OEMs and plant maintenance to identify and document PMs, visual job plans, and related processes
Create and maintain launch Maintenance Operating System (MOS) status documentation and scorecards for the program. Ensure MOS timing and deliverables are met in collaboration with plant, OEMs, and PTME
Oversee spare part scrub meetings, verify 1295s, attach assets, and manage critical spares
Develop “Launch MOS Readiness Assessment” by line and station
Provide daily supervision and coordination of all hourly employees
Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity
Lead resolution of machining-related concerns, improve machine availability, and reduce MTTR
Identify throughput constraints and implement root cause improvements

Experience: 5+ years of related experience
Demonstrated leadership behaviors combined with strong interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills

Education: Bachelor's degree
Effective oral and written communication skills
Maintenance planning and execution in a manufacturing environment
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience
Corrective action and problem-solving skills (8D and 5Why)
Lean Tools: 5S, Kanban, Poka-yoke, Value Stream Mapping
DMAIC and DMADV (DFSS) Project Methodology experience
Kaizen Methods
FMEA, PPAP, and DOE experience
Visual Factory Management
Ergonomic analysis knowledge and experience
